How much was $10,000 then?
It may be easier to
begin with why Shakespeare used dollars. Right before the
play was ready
to be produced, Shakespeare and other members of the court were

How many children did Robert the Bruce have?
If there were no male heir
to Bruce, his brother Edward and his male heirs would succeed. The only
child of Bruce was Marjorie
who died in child birth, after a fall from a horse; the surviving infant
of
the Princess later became
Robert II. Marjorie was a decendant of Malcolm, and her husband,Walter,
was a decendant of Banquo.
From their marriage came a great line of Kings and a Queen. Rumor
has it Robert II was the
first child of a c-section. This whole story relates to Macduff's line
about
being from his mother's
womb untimly ripped.
